I ordered these online for a same day delivery. After realizing that I listed my name as the recipient instead of the sender, I called to fix the issue. I spoke with a helpful representative who quickly resolved my issue. When they delivered the flowers, the driver called to try to reach someone. I appreciate that touch as some florists would have just dropped it off without that extra effort. Ultimately, my friends loved the flowers and it brought a smile to their faces. Well done!
